    Ambassador Committee

    The Ambassador Committee is the welcoming committee for Garden City. Our main function is to provide support and a sense of community amongst our members, new and existing. We offer our services for Grand Openings which include ribbon cutting, a welcoming speech and most importantly our support! The Ambassador Committee will organize our monthly After Hours events. The Ambassador Committee is also responsible for the goals of increasing the number of Chamber members, member retention, enhancing the benefits to its Members, and ensuring that the Chamber events are always warm and welcoming.

    Events & Fundraising Committee

    The function of the Fund Raising Committee is to plan fund raising projects for the Chamber. They will research and design projects and recruit task force members to carry out each project.

    Government Affairs Committee

    The Government Affairs Committee represents the business community when governmental agencies and policies affect business. This committee is charged with the task of monitoring legislative issues at all levels of government from city to Federal and lobbies our elected officials on behalf of Chamber members. The committee works on behalf of the business community's legislative interests.
