The Importance of Crucial Conversations Without Creating Drama

Connie will share how to utilize some great tools to be more effective in your communications, and prevent drama from entering a situation or relationship. We can innocently get pulled into a dangerous drama zone that causes stress or mental exhaustion, often when we are simply trying to help. Connie will provide you some tools to use in your everyday walk with your coworkers, clients, children, spouse, and other important relationships. Perfecting your skill at having effective crucial conversations will improve your career and business. You will also learn the effect of unintended consequences when a well-meaning rescuer simply tries to help a victim that turns to enabling, and also the damage created when a victim is uncomfortable having crucial conversations. You will leave this workshop with practical hands-on tools to use to create a supportive environment of positive communication that will have a huge impact on gaining control in your life. It is possible to live a drama free life of positivity and gain respect as an employee and friend in the process.
Reservations are highly recommended so we can plan on seating and food.
2018 Lunch cost is $15 for GC Chamber members and $20 for Non-members. At the door is $20. Non-refundable unless cancelation received by 10AM day of luncheon.
